Utah (42-38) at Minnesota (56-24)

Quote:
Utah is tied with Denver for the eighth and final Western Conference berth, but the Nuggets hold the tiebreaker between the teams. The Jazz finish their campaign vs. Phoenix on Wednesday while the Nuggets host Sacramento on Monday and play at San Antonio on Wednesday.

The Jazz beat Houston on Saturday, 82-69, behind 15 points and eight rebounds from Andrei Kirilenko.

Utah is 2-1 against Minnesota this season and won here on November 14, 85-77.
[Preview]

I don't have to say that this is a huge game to the Jazz, let's see what they can do against the number one in the West.

Prediction:

Jazz - 89
Wolves - 92

Utah is capable of beating the T-Wolves as they have shown this season. I don't think they will win but they should keep it close. If they did win it would be huge.

Even though Denver plays Sac and SA you never know, they might actually win one of the two games.

I looked back on the 2 wins Utah had, and they were in game 4 and game 10 of the Wolves season. when the Wolves were still getting acclimated to all the new faces. And Utah still had Harpring. Plus, in the first game, KG got ejected in the 2nd quarter. In the second game Arroyo went off for 30.

I applaud Utah on a fantastic season, but I see no way that they will win tonight. The wolves have held last 8 opponents to 90 points or less, and opponents of late are shooting around 38% fg.

There, I have offically cursed my squad.
