Picks: Use, trade up, or just trade?

We're going to have three first round picks, and I'm just curious what you all think we should do with them.

I would try to pull a Houston/NJ deal and try to move up to a 6-9 pick.. if that doesn't work, then I would use the NY pick and the Houston pick, then trade our pick for a future first, because we don't need three more rookie right now.

But a lot of people say this draft is going to have a lot of mid-late first round gems, so you never know. What would you do?

Use 16+21 to move up as far as possible to try and get a big or iguodala.

I have to admit that I don't know enough about the draft class to make an informed choice.

What I do know is this: We had effectively 5 rookies this season, and they all contributed to some extent, even the no-namer (Handlogten). Therefore we could realistically expect 3 first rounders to be able to contribute next year.

However, if 4 of this year's rookies return, we would have SEVEN players with less than 2 years' experience. That is a very young team. We need some sort of veteran input, and maybe the best way to get that is to trade some of the picks.

I went for the 3rd option. I don't want us to trade them all away, unless we trade up (I'll leave that decision to KOC) because we have a decent chance of picking up something useful with any of our picks. But we need to get some experience on the team. Maybe we can get a decent backup C for a 1st rounder??
