I'll just play 2k11. It'll have updated rosters and I can just download draft classes, which is good enough (supposing the lockout extends into the season) as far as I'm concerned.

Will they let us play 2k11 online after 2k12 is released? I know the old NBA Live games used to shut down the servers when the new game came out but that was 5+ years ago.

I think I'll buy it. I thought 2k11 was a step back in terms of online play. Hopefully they fixed those issues.
