I use one called iFitness. It hasn't been updated in like 3 years but its still great. Allows me to track anything, export to excel, even has a timer to keep me on target with rest between sets.
I'm not sure if it's still available though.

Yeah I paid for mine. Was like $2.99?
I'm shocked its still in the app store. Kind of pisses me off they haven't updated it in 3 years.
