Official Thread: Wiz vs. Heat 11/16/2002
We get Doggpound's Heat. If we play like we should this should not be a problem. I think we win here. I hope we see Butler match up with JJ.

The Heat will play their boring brand of basketball to keep it close until the end. The Wizards are coming off an emotional win over the Jazz. I see how Miami could win this game because of the circumstances, but I think the Wizards eek out the win.

The Heat actually took a ton of shots early in the clock. Turnovers killed them, and they got run out of the gym.
Poor doggpound. First the Ravens and now this.

Doesn't this Heat team remind you of the Wizards last season without Jordan? You have Jones (Rip), Butler (CA), Grant (Pop), Best (Whitney), and Stepania (Jahidi).
They are officially my front runners for Lebron.

Basically the game went as I predicted ,Glad to see Kwame bounce back , great energy from all the players. Kwame's been under the weather so I can understand his dip in energy.
Stackhouse I think deserves a ton of credit he hasn't shot well that last few games, but he's sharing the ball something thats been misunderstood by some in the media, he's a total team player and he deserves a lot of credit for his effort, People can say what they want but to me he's been much better than Rip was for us last year , Rip is a fine player but he's just not on Stacks level .

Jazzy1 hit this one right out of the park. We needed a win like this. MJ's minutes were way down going inot a back-to-back.

Man, the Heat are pretty awful. Grant and Jones have to be the two most overpaid slobs in the league.
