Look for on the news shows tonights some clips of Wizards players being interviewed at media day.

One interview I heard about was Antawn Jamison. He said that the Wizards have 5 players capable of dropping 20 points every game, but that the team needs to sacrafice and play unselfishly to make the playoffs.

I haven't heard a peep about our media day. There's tons of pictures and interviews and etc out for other teams, but nothing for us. Hopefully things will pick up soon, I'm curious how things went.

Gibbs being 1-3 is about all anyone can talk about. Oh yeah and that baseball thing. Get used to 3rd choice.

Damn I've been waiting all day to hear something about media day hopefully we would get a clarification about kwame.

As for Jamison this is what I like to hear, and what he learned playing for the Mavs sacrifice.

Sacrifice should go game to game. The games that Arenas has a match-up that he can kill his man lets milk it same with kwame, and Jamison.

Like BCH said with My Skins being 1-3 everyone locally in the media is preoccupied.

I think the Wizards could be the real story this season though.

Can we get a clarification on whether the 1st pre-season game is to be televised, the Times said they would all be shown but the Wizards site still says its not.

So I have no idea.

No the first game isn't being shown. Luckily the second game is the very next day and that is indeed being shown.

"I even did a little bit of ball handling which I haven’t done in a long time because it was so natural to me but I got a lot of things I plan on doing this season, being able to get places with minimum dribble.”

Not any sort of official confirmation, but TVGuide.com lists boxing on CSN during the time of our first preseason game. It lists the rest of the games correctly. It's possible it was a new change and things haven't been updated though.
