OT: The NBA going soft

Jesus, this game versus the magic we just had shows imo that the NBA reffing is just becoming way too much touch fouls. On both ends of the floor, players would literally touch others and they'd say foul. It's just ridiculous, you can't make those kinda calls, people have to accept that b-ball is a physical game and some fouls dont even affect shots. Also I really Hate when even though this is less to do with soft, is when a player has position on another, and the other goes over the back or clearly pushes the other player and they get an offensive board, if you're going to get a board, at least box out.

Agreed. It kills the flow of the game, especially for a team that wants to fastbreak on every single play like Orlando.

The NBA has been soft since the Bad Boy Pistons won championships. The game used to be way more physical, now it's a soft, soft league.

That's ridiculous, I can't believe it, the problem with the NBA scoring is the sloppy play with way too many travels not called and turnovers. How can someone call a foul when u barely touch a guy on a fadeway when it didn't affect there shots? How can you call a foul on a guy boxing out, How can you not call a foul on a guy reaching over the back? The agmes shouldn't be high scoring, because NBA players D should be better than there O.

It's annoying to see so many fouls called. The contact is not going to stop, because that's basketball, so the whistles do.
