Fixed the thread title to better fit with what I'm trying to say. General point is that I'd prefer to see him as a 10th-11th man type, not that I think he shouldn't play period.

I think this is the biggest problem I have. He is very one dimensional, and it's a dimension that we have little use for. Half the teams in the league would probably love to have Hayes as a normal rotation guy, but I don't think we're part of that group.
