You really have no clue about how the playoff system is set up do you? The first 3 seeds go to the division winners. So, if it finishes as I'm expecting, the playoff seeding will look somethin like:
1. Miami
2. Cleveland (or Detroit, switch em around if it makes ya feel better)
3. NY/Boston/Philly (tossup imo)
4. Detroit (or Cleveland)
5. Indiana
6. Washington
7. Orlando
8. 2nd out of NY/Boston/Philly or (imo probably) Chicago
1. Miami vs 8. Chicago
2. Cleveland vs. 7. Orlando
3. NY/Boston/Philly vs 6.
Washington
4. Detroit vs 5. Indiana
Let's assume Miami beats Chicago, Cleveland beats Orlando, and Washington beats NY/Boston/Philly or whoever.
1. Miami vs. 4. Detroit (or 5.Indiana)
2. Cleveland vs. 6. Washington
I'd say the second round is very reachable for the Wizards, possibly even the ECF. I think they could definitely handle whoever comes out of the Atlantic, and Cleveland would definitely be at least beatable in the second round. If Cleveland got upset in the first round, they could probably beat the Magic as well. You can't always just say "LOL look at how many teams are better," sometimes you hafta check out the possible scenarios.
