January schedule
We are currently 13-16 and here is our schedule for the rest of December and January. We need to go 11-8 over these 19 games to .500.
I think we should be able to do it. We need to hold off ATL, MIL, CHI and TOR for a playoff spot and maybe catch ORL, NO or BOS.

I think .500 or a little better is something that is extremely realistic.

This will be the make or break month for the Wizards alot of winnable games and we get some good teams at the phone booth . I like us to get all the winnable games
Tough teams
Philly at Home
Orlando twice
At Jersey
Minesota at Home
Phoenix at Home
Spurs at Home
at New Orleans
Indiana at home
At Boston
These are the tough ten, if we can win 6 of the ten we will be right where we need to be. These are the losses of the ten.
At Hornets, At Jersey, Minesota at Home Indiana at Home., if we win half were' in okay shape.
sorry teams
3 Chicago games
Toronto
GSW
at home Denver
At Milwaukee
at NY Knicks.
out of the sorry eight have to win 7 only loss could be either at the Bucks or at the Knicks. Not both HAVE to beat everyone else.
I say we go 13-5 to get in good position. 6- of 10 against the tough's and 7 of 8 against the Cream Puffs. This is very doable.

I completely agree with your predictions. This is a make-or-break month for the Wiz. They cannot afford to lose to lesser opponents this month. They also need to sneak out a win against teams like Philly, Indy, and Boston, who are just a little better than average.

If we get this win tonight vs Boston it could be one hell of a month.

As of 1/17/03 we are right on schuedule. We won two I thought we wouldn't (Indiana and Boston) and lost two I thought we wouldn't (GS and Toronto).

Look we have 4 road games left against
New Orleans
Chicago
New Jersey
Milwaukee
We're going to have to win 2 of these games. And I say we win the Chicago game and the Jersey game in an upset. We'll lose to the Hornets and Bucks. That will finish a great month.
Philly
Denver
Minesota
Phoenix
I say we win three of these 4 games at home.
Philly, Denver, and Phoenix.
going 5 for 8 puts us 4 games above .500 . Not bad at all.

We are still right on this schedule. I predicted a loss vs Chicago but if we win it leaves some wiggle room for the Minnesota and Phoenix game. That last Milwaukee game could be key. Overall this month has been disappointing since we lost the GS and Toronto games.

We are one behind my predictions and things are not looking good. Let's make a move by the trading deadline and get into the playoffs.

Not a good January. We are still three games below .500. Right where we started.
