I agree. He is young and big, but he has also proved injury prone this season. I have a hard time seeing anyone but a desperate team like the Hawks putting that kind of faith in him. I think he'd be best served signing a one year deal, and try to bring his stock back up next season.
As for right now, yes, he's noticeably injured, and it's a letdown. The Wizards have had their best season in some time, and he's been injured for most of it. As long as he can compete on the boards, and just be respectable out there, than he will be doing his job. It's a shame that when Haywood gets injured, Brown still isn't physically capable of trying to step it up and impress Grunfeld. He still can impress with some strong play, but it'll be more of a pity type of thing.
