What should the Wizards' plans be this offseason? signing Hughes and Kwame. Getting rid of Ruffin and Blake. Need to get better on defense especially on the perimeter. If they are planning on keeping EJ as Head Coatch than they better get some defensive minded assistants in there.

I'm glad MJ was fired and this proves it. I think Kwame is too much of a cerebral player and would fare better with a cerebral coach, I think he is being stifled in this system.
