Big, big game. This is a game that we should not win but hopefully the Hornets are distracted by the Paul Silas firing rumors. I think we go down without Stack.
When: Wednesday,9:00 pm

Where to watch TV: ESPN, WB50/CN8
Tonights key games for us include:
Milwaukee @ Boston
Chicago @ Orlando
Philadelphia @ Detroit

Post says Stack might play. I am thinking he is a game time decision. It would be a nice win regardless if he plays or not as it would put us a half game up on them.

MJ has never played in N.O. so he might drop 40 on them tonight to leave his mark Seriously though, the young Wiz need to hustle tonight

I want to say that the Wiz will win this game ... but i'm going to go w/ the N.O. I think Stack will definitely help the team but i think he might be rusty and won't shoot very well ... N.O. has a talented team that hasn't performed to expectations ... they should be one of the top teams in the East ... B. Davis, Wesley, Mashburn, Cambell, P.J. Brown ... great players ... It would be a great win if the Wiz can pull it out AND I totally agree that the youngsters are going to need to show up 2nite ... Need to hit the boards. Lets hope i'm wrong ... GO WIZ!!!!!!

No one wants to play tonight...I hate when the Wiz play like this.
No emotion....no heart....just walking zombies. Oak gets the start...what a joke.
Mashburn is unconcious right now.

listening to the game ... Wiz didn't come out to play for this one ... Mash is killing them ... N.O. is a team that hasn't been playing to their capabilities ... TOO BAD 2nite they are ... hope wiz can salvage something from this game ... maybe in the 4th Dixon and some of the other youngsters can have a chance to play a little bit ... if it gets too out of hand ... i would hope that Collins lets Stack, Jordan and Hughes ... get some rest before the Wiz play vs. the bulls

Didn't get a chance to poat before the game but I would have said loss here. some thoughts on the game.
Mash smoked MJ especially in the 2nd half not a good match-up for MJ ,Mash just too big.
Stack was okay of offense defensively he didn't fight the picks enough on Wesley.
Kwame was okay also ,made a couple nice plays inside, missed a couple easy plays, needs to work on finishing at the basket and slow himself down some.
Etan was okay also.
Haywood is a presence from the shot blocking perspective but he just doesn't want to rebound he watches too damn much instead of battling.
Oak and PJ's rumble was funny. Oak just sort of tackled PJ they were tangled up more than anything.
Laet didn't play wasn't really a factor.
Time to move on to the next game.

I think you are wrong about Laettner. Much like last year, when he is playing well the team plays extremely well. Oakley is a nice change of pace late inthe game, to give some toughness on defense, but overall he doesn't bring much else to the table. Starting Oakley was probably the wrong thing to do in this game, but I can understand Collins wanting to stay with a rotation of Kwame coming off the bench.
Haywood did not bring much to the table either, and I am not sure if that is attributable to Oakley getting the start.
About the Oak and PJ Brown fight, I thought it was funny when as they were sepearated Kwame played peacemaker and wrapped up PJ.
