Arenas #8 on top 10 PG list
Quote:
8. Gilbert Arenas, Washington Wizards
Ht./Wt. 6-3, 190
Numbers: 25.5 pts., 5.1 ast., 1.74 stls
The league's most improved player in 2003 was finally healthy again last season and kicked it up another notch. He still hasn't proven to be consistent enough moving the ball, but he's a big play guy who will learn in time.

Re: Arenas #8 on top 10 PG list
I could see why he's ranked so low on that list. His PG skills aren't that superb but out of those players overall, he's definitely Top 3.

I don't accept anything lower than 5th on that list.

Re: Arenas #8 on top 10 PG list
I think Arenas is top 5 in that listing (maybe top 3) and I don't even like his game.

not to like?? lets try the entire way he plays the position... gilbert is a 2 guard that happens to bring the ball up court. His court vision is lacking, his distribution/passing is even lower. When hehas his touch he is a great player. A great player who does little to none to get others involved in the game. When he doesnt have his touch (which is more often than some would want to believe) he turns into a black hole. He than tries even less to get others involved and keeps on jacking up the threes. He used to kill me jacking up all those 3s with 16+ left on the shot clock.
On an unrelated note i think him being at PG really hurt kwames development.

Rediculous, first MJ, coach Collins and now for some reason Gilbert is responsible for Kwame playing the way he doe's. Who's next Kobe and Odom ????? as a PG (wich he is not he's a tweener PG\SG) he may not be top 5 on that list but overall he is a top 5 player on that list.

Probably one of the worst comments I've ever heard, but I respect your opinion.
