How many more years will it take for the Wizards to bring home a championship?

Our current group would compete for one if we suddenly stumbled into an All-NBA quality big man. Short of that however, I think we'll have to wait awhile before we have a shot of seriously competing for the title.

In that case, our scouting/recruiting efforts should be pointedly directed to finding and signing him.
