I don't think you bench your star because of one lousy half. He's more than capable of busting out for 20 points in the 2nd half...makes no sense. I think something was said.

Re: Game Thread: 11.19.05 Wizards @ Nets
No matter how bad he was in the first, I hope there is more of a reason than that as to why he didn't start the second half. Though I suppose I'd rather have that than some kind of injury or something along those lines.

He is seated at the very end of the bench and wearing a different top than everyone else. Like I said, I think something was said at halftime. You don't just bench him for a bad half. I don't think he's coming back in.

Re: Game Thread: 11.19.05 Wizards @ Nets
Obviously I'm still hoping we win the game and all that, but it feels kind of secondary now until I know what's going on with Arenas.

Re: Game Thread: 11.19.05 Wizards @ Nets
Well this is interesting, Eddie Jordan leaving Arenas on the bench for whatever reason makes me feel like this is a rebuilding season and not really a serious about winning type of season. Feels like 03-04 all over again, and EJ is a fool if he thinks he'll be here long if hes butting heads with GA.

Re: Game Thread: 11.19.05 Wizards @ Nets
Well he's not injured and for some idiotic reason EJ is decided to bench him, I've wouldn't of done that but I guessing that is the reason he's not in there.

Yep. Sorry EJ, you've done plenty of good for the team, but you're going to get zero support if you start battling with Arenas.
