Just a minor note, but that Clippers game is the one Daniels was injured for and Hayes started in front of him.
I don't think this is the cause of all our problems, but it's a contributor. Daniels allows Arenas to play off the ball some, which means Arenas isn't responsible for absolutely everything that happens in the offense. I think lately, Arenas looks like he has way too much pressure on him -- it's like he's directly responsible for every single half-court play that we have on offense when he's in the game.
Daniels is just about the worst guy in the rotation when it comes to stats, but maybe he had more impact outside the box scores. I think Hayes is the exact opposite, in that he puts up better numbers (though still not especially good), but he gives absolutely nothing beyond the box score.
It's just a minor thing, but considering the huge slide we're on, I don't think it'd hurt to switch things back to the way they were when we were playing decently. Might make no difference at all, but it certainly couldn't make us worse.
