Convince Etan to waive his TK or pay him to do so, and trade him to Memphis for Stromile Swift;

Three team idea:

Washington send Jared Jeffries to Milwaukee and Brendan Haywood to Indiana;
Indiana send Sarunas Jasikevicius to Washington and Tinsley with a 2nd rounder to Milwaukee;
Milwaukee send Jamaal Magloire to Wizards and Joe Smith to Indiana;

In case that both Utah and Washington want, they can swap Giricek for Sarunas. Both have the same contract and lenght.
