Etan Thomas: Starter
Wow. This sucks. How many games until Brendan is the starter again? I give Etan 15 games to show he is made of that marshmallow goop kids love.

Even if Poet outplayed Haywood during preaseason I still wouldn't Start him, but thats just me. EJ is officially insane.

Re: Etan Thomas: Starter
Unless this is meant to get Brendan really focused, I see no point in this. Etan is horrible, he simply can't play basketball well. His numbers are from garbage minutes, and can only rebound when he is the only one under the basket. I would rather Calvin Booth start than Etan. Gilbert is gonna have to drop 60 every game to make up for what Etan does.

I like this....Etan will be beeter then you think. He will set some big sreens and dish out some hard fouls. It also opens up moe touches for Haywood with the second unit. It is tough to see the ball with Gilbert, Jamison, and Butler.

Etan sitting at the end of the game speaks volumes.

He's garbage but he's high energy garbage.
Like the stuff they'd throw out at a particle accelerator laborbatory or something.

No this post sums it up accurately. Etan is pure garbbage with energy. I would rather start Calvin Booth.

Re: Etan Thomas: Starter
Thomas is responding very nicely. I feel he's still an energy guy off the bench, but he's not doing too bad starting, as outlined in afireinside's post.

Don't really get it... I think he looks great next to mister soft touch Jamison. I always rooted for Etan!

Re: Etan Thomas: Starter
Another high energy game... still seems like the guy to go with for me. But I didn't see the game, only the papers and the boxscore.

Re: Etan Thomas: Starter
As for now, seems like he is earning his spot, at least stat-wise...

Re: Etan Thomas: Starter
Funny thing... With both healthy, Etan is outplaying Brendan this season. But with Etan sitting down, Haywood seems to play in a great way (at least stat-wise)
Please, send him to Grizz!

Re: Etan Thomas: Starter
Poor Haywood, hes been playing pretty good ball lately only to be benched (will be benched) by EJ when Etan returns in a few games. I see it coming.
