Chances of us stopping the Mavs 12 game winning steak? Slim to none. But we are a much better team at home, so maybe we give them a good game.

Josh Howard has really emerged this year with solid numbers in under 30 MPG. He can do everything on the floor efficiently and with Dirk in a small slump, he will carry a big load of the offense.

Caron has been our most consistent player all season and I don't expect it to change this game. Also, did anyone notice he is leading the team in rebounds? Unexpected.

Thanks, but the Mavs gave us a scare at the end after the Wizards big lead though :whew: .

The best win of the season so far, now when is this team is going to wake up on the road and get a W, can't keep relying on playing at home.

Nice win! Didn't expect to win this game much less blow them out (was up by 31 at one point). Gil came out with a nice game: 38 points, 8 assists, 2 rebounds, 1 steal.

I just hope to God that we can win on the road. At least one before 2006 ends.

Arenas ave 34ppg at home, 17 on the road at a terrible fg%, he needs to turn things around away from home in order for this team to be some kind of threat in the East this year.

Big Mike

We beat the Mavs by 9, but we had them down by 31 and they never gave up, made a big comback near the end to put some scare in the Wizards, thats a sign of a great team with a good coach (never say die attitue), they never stopped playing hard. The Wizards can learn a lot from this game, how to play hard and not just quitting on the road.
