If I were Wizards brass, I'd trade for Gasol in a heartbeat and I'd use jamison to do it. The grizz are trying to lessen the load on contracts and Jamison's coming up at the end of next season. Gasol would give the Wiz a legit low post scoring option and add some more shot blocking.

I'd toss in Pecherov and get it done. Jamison with the Wizards is going nowhere and Gasol would give the Wizards one heck of a shot blocking front line with him and Etan or Brendan down low.

This is a move I think the grizz would go for. Jamison's addition won't help their team improve in the short term so they'd still be a player in the Odon sweepstakes and Jamison's professionalism could help their young players.

The Wiz could then get away from the big 3 gameplan, start slowing down the game and actually develope more of a defensive minded identity.

Of Course EJ has to go.

Pau Gasol? Pau "He won't be as good as Kwame Brown will be" Gasol?

There is no Pau Gasol deal in the works, there won't be one anytime in the foreseeable future, and if there ever is, the Grizzlies could do a thousand times better than junk like Jamison and one single solitary obscure middling prospect.
