12/23 Wizards vs. Suns
Well its another back to back with of all teams the Phoenix suns. 15 in a row for the Suns, their home and well rested, it will probably take their best effort of the season to pull one out here.
Oops I made a mistake on the date, should read 12/22 but the game should be still going on, on the 23rd Eastern Time lol .

Arenas has been playing some sick ball lately (in a good way), CB3 and Haywood has been great as well. 3-1 on the road trip, never expected tthis.

Also forgot to mention Stevenson, hes been giving us solid minutes also, looks kind of weird without the locks and the short cut.

Re: 12/23 Wizards vs. Suns
WHAT a great game. Sorry I couldn't post the game thread, Fridays are a busy day for me.
Arenas is the MAN. He took over the game from the get-go. He was feeling it tonight and boy did it show. 54 points in the same week he scored 60? Insane. Only the 4th person to do that in NBA history. Butler played very well, as usual. He maybe one of the most underrated players in the league. Haywood also contributed well.
If we keep playing like this, I think we can win the division.
GILBERT FOR MVP!

Arenas is the black hole of passes. That's why he got cut from the final 12 for the world championships! He had 49 points and ZERO assists at the end of regulation! Isn't he supposed to be a point guard? He did start playing like one at the end which garnered them the W, but 4 assits in a 144 point game by the PG?!? He did get 8ast against LAL when he logged 60, but this is a dangerous way to play, they are lucky they shot LIGHTS OUT against a flat Suns team or they probably would have been blown out. They shot 54FG% 52 3PT% and 90FT% That was amazing, but I wouldn't celebrate the fact that the team had only 13 assists and won.

It doesn't matter whos passing and whos shooting. Fact is Phoenix can't guard a chair and neither can Washington. We need Arenas to score to win games and that is what hes doing. Assist totals doesn't really matter when you play pathetic defense. Wizards outshot Phoenix and beat them at their own game. 15 game streak is done so yeah im celabrating.
