Arenas Says He'd Score '84 Or '85 Against Coach K

The Wizards' All-Star figures he could score "84 or 85" points if he got a chance to play Duke and coach Mike Krzyzewski, who cut Arenas from the U.S. national team last summer.
Arenas has promised this season to take out his frustrations about the national team on Krzyzewski's Team USA assistants, Phoenix coach Mike D'Antoni and Portland coach Nate McMillan.

Gilbert's gotta shut up now. If he really had a chance to play Duke, he wouldn't have said 84-85, but more like 55-60. He's got a lot of respect from fans who didn't know him before, so he doesn't want to ruin it. He's taking it too far, stick to what you can prove with.

He wasn't being serious. He said if there was such as game he wouldn't pass and take every shot like in NBA Live or 2K7

What a child. Stop whining. It's not joking. He's really ticked about it. Oh, and stop making "It takes 5" commercials too. This whole thing is proof that it's all about him. "It takes 5" my foot.
By the way, he did play against Duke. He didn't even get 25. And his team lost. Shutup, Gilbert.

I loved Gilbert when he was a Wildcat (Man Loren Woods was the man back then, oh those were the days), and I loved him when he was underrated in his early years. Now I cant stand a word that comes out of his mouth. Hes the biggest chucker in the league, and now hes becoming one of the most annoying.
Would he get 84 or 85? Maybe, if he was hot that game. One thing thats for sure, 10 points or 85, he would take at least 85 shots. It takes 5? He doesnt even pass the ****ing ball.

gilbert is joking around, u can see his expression when he said that he was laughing. He would drop 85 on duke, but for now, i cant wait to see his 50 on portland.

Gil's so good, he could get 80 and 10 assists. People need to stop taking Gil so seriously. That's just his sense of humor talking, he's not pissed off anymore.

whomever takes Gil seriously is just a hater...Gilbert arenas is theee man...and plus 27-17 speaks for itself...he shoots, he scores...his teams WINS....thats all that matters...he talks smack..makes you laugh and makes u say damn...Gilbert just beat us...
