Nice thread. Was about to post one for the game when I saw this up. Not sure where Will has left to.

I expect we win this one at home with a good game from Arenas and Haywood. Laker's frontcourt inexperience will get the best of them.

Yeah I was kind of waiting for Will to post the game thread myself, but he hadn't post a thread the last few games so maybe hes gone.

I think it will be a good game, the Lakers and Wizard games have always been close recently, we squeak one out by 3 points.

Gil's play tonight is as selfish as it gets. 6-17 shooting and its not even halftime. Hes not even looking to pass to others, just passes when he gets into trouble (double teames). Hes definately taking this matchup with Kobe too personal. Wiz down 54-50 at the half.

Wiz down by double-digits in 4th quarter. Everytime we show a glimpse of a comeback, Lakers hit a big 3 or get a big steal. Not looking good.

This team is going to struggle bigtime without Jamison and this game is all proof. Too much Arenas and Butler on offense and no one else is stepping up except Stevenson. Arenas shooting 9-30 and Butler 6-22 not going to be in many ballgames.

Edit; defense sucks as usual giving up 119 and 118 points the last two games.

Yeah, I was supposed to go to this game. My friend had the choice of any Wizard game to go to and the tickets could cost up to $150 each. He waited too long and the Laker game was sold out (no good tickets left at least). We're still trying to set up a game though.

Man you missed the Lakers game, just tell your friend to pick the Sonics or Spurs game and be done with it already.
