EJ's coaching style is too dependent on the "big three" and "small ball", when the're on and clicking everything looks good and EJ's looks like a genius, but when one of the 3 goes down he struggles to adjust and often has bad lineups in the games at critial times wich Wizards can't close out games but its the same old story (injuries) no big three is the reason why they lose and once again Eddie Jordan is given a free pass.

One on One

I agree EJ is very dependent on the Big 3, but I think that can work for us and was in the 1st half of the season. I'm not a big EJ fan myself, but I said I would let this season play out. 2005 we exceeded expectations and then last year I think we pretty much did what could be expected. Now that we have a playoff experienced core I was hoping to see an improvement this season. We shall see how it plays out.

Those games are the toughest to swallow and it happens so often. We win the first 3 and a half quarters and then fall apart at the end. I think I'd rather watch us get blown out than collapse at the end. I'm actually hoping that the Wiz either go back into 4th and play the Bulls, or fall to 7th and play the Cavs. Wiz vs. Heat in first round= sweep. Our schedule is pretty nice, most games against less than .500 teams and the Heat's schedule is gonna get tough.

April 13- @ Hawks
April 15- Bulls
April 17- Magic
April 18- @ Pacers

Should be a pretty easy schedule. All against eastern conference teams. We got the Hawks, Sixers, Bucks, and 2 against the Bobcats- all should be wins. Important game at Miami April 11- could decide southeast division. I'm hoping the Wiz come away with at least 7 or 8 wins.
