Doesn't really say too much that hasn't been discussed. He does a good job of emphasizing the amount of talent we do have, but also emphasizes that someone is going to have to step up this year to lead the way.

I think he may be putting too much into this season because he expects MJ to play. I think next season is a better barometer. He is right thought that success this year, playoff-wise, is dependant on Brown stepping his game way up, but again, the expectation of playoffs is something tied to MJ.

I am giving them a lot more wiggle room than Aldridge is.
