Players you would trade up for
So who do you guys think is most likely to pull a brady quinn and drop in the draft despite what alot of early mocks said? Looking at everyones favorite site, nbadraft.net, i saw they have yi jianlin dropping all the way down to sacramento at 10. If he did drop that far what would you think about packaging AD with the 16th pick to move up and grab him? Is there anyway we could pull it off sending etan thomas+16??

Re: Players you would trade up for
Im not too interested in Jianlian. Too much like Pecherov and Blatche. I guess I would be interested in Brewer, possibly Noah as well, but we wouldn't have the pieces necessary to make it work imo. I doubt teams would take either AD or Etan for us to move up 6 or so spots.
As for potential draft day droppers, I am sort of hoping Julian Wright, Nick Young, or Thaddeus Young falls to us.
Jianlian is the chinese Jared Jeffries.

Re: Players you would trade up for
Horford or Noah are guys I'd consider trading into the lottery for. More for Horford, I wouldn't give up too much to get Noah, but I'd part with anything but Gil and Butler to get my hands on Horford.

Re: Players you would trade up for
This is for what I would be willing to give up...
For Daniels and the #16 (and probably more in some cases), the Wizards would have to get Horford, Noah, Brewer, Yi, Green, or Brandan Wright.
For Etan and the #16, the Wizards could then get Al Thorton or Spencer Hawes.
But those players could all be gone by the time #10 rolls around.

Re: Players you would trade up for
According to Draftexpress, Kyle Visser's camp believes he'll be selected by the time Washington's pick rolls around in the 2nd round.

Re: Players you would trade up for
I'd only move up to snag Oden, Durant, or Horford.

Re: Players you would trade up for
We need to get a true center. Try another guy out. It's just a second round pick, we could probably just pay some money like the Rockets just did to get one so there really isn't much risk. And it looks like we're not going to draft a big man unless it's Jason Smith in the first round, so we should pick on in the 2nd round. I'm so sick of seeing this carousel of Thomas, Haywood, and Booth. We should like, draft 20 big men, and have a battle royal to see who gets the starting job...
