I thought Washington got fantastic value out of their picks. Young should be decently better than Jarvis. I thought McGuire was the steal of the entire draft; he could become an elite defender/complementary guy in the mold of Kirilenko.

I've heard he plays similarly to AK47, but I've yet to see him play. If he is even half as good as Kirilenko was in his prime, then we've got a great steal.
