Etan Thomas
Didnt see a thread about this, are there any updates on his heart condition. Supposedly it might be career threatening. I really hope he can overcome this obstacle

Re: Etan Thomas
Sad news. There have not been any updates as of now. According to Ivan Carter, the Washington Post insider, their depth chart at center is currently Haywood, Blatche, and Massenberg. It also would not surprise me to see Songailia at center for portions of the game.

Re: Etan Thomas
Tough break for Etan if this is as serious as everyone seems to feel. Wizards are in a tough spot now right before camp. Haywood should get the Lion's share now should have all along anyway. EJ let his personal felings mess up a good basketball decision. Haywood is solid when given the minutes and no insecurity about pt.
Blatche in some situations isn't a bad option and I guess Pech could take a turn there as well he is 7 feet.

Re: Etan Thomas
This is pretty weird. I'm guessing the now routine league physical EKGs turned up something Jason Collieresque, but I'd really like more info on it.
As far as the Wizards, I'm eager to see Blatche and Pech getting minutes. I won't miss Etan much at all.
