Wiz win 85-78. Great defense by the Wiz the whole game- forced a lot of turnovers and created a lot of tough shots for Allen and Pierce. Another great job by DeShawn and impressive game from Blatche. It'd be crazy if we could come up with a win Monday night. (I'm praying)

I agree... it would be crazy if the Wizards found a way to beat Boston on Monday. But I'm glad the Wizards have grinded out two straight wins with Wizards playing great defense. The Wizards found a way to win even though the Celtics kept Butler and Jamison in check throughout the entire game.

In the 4th quarter, Boston only had 11 points, 9 of them coming from Posey and 2 coming from KG. It will be interesting to see if it carries over on Monday, but it will be tough considering Boston will not want to lose back to back games to the Wizards.

Best win of the season, just a little annoyed with the Boston Bandwaggoners at the Verizon Center cheering for the Celts at the game, take that crap up to their house.

anyway congrats on the win guys.. the shot clock call was waaay dodgy but the Celtics deserved to lose with the way the played and you capatilised on it by playing some very good D.

I have no problem with fans (being fans) of other teams but there was alittle more chearing for the opposing team (Boston) than normal this game on our home court which I think was boarderline ridiculous. Either way Wiz win and all those bandwaggoners fans went home with the heads between their asses.

I remember going to a game a few years ago against the Heat and the whole row in front of me had on D-Wade jerseys.

Did not get to see the game, but obviously a great win!

There were more Celts fans than usual or more Celts than Wiz fans? The latter would really surprise me. The Sixers and Knicks always have lots of fans in our building and the Spurs get an international crowd, but I didn't expect the Celts to have so much support here unless it is all bandwagoning.

No just more than usual and I guess we all know why. Lakers usually brings in the most fans of the opposing team, than the Sixers and Knicks which is also annoying.
