Gilbert Arenas
His last 5 games:
29ppg, 7.6 rebounds, 7.4 assists
Those are better numbers than anybody in the Eastern Conference is putting up. He has player of the week on lock.
Anybody else think GA is going to be a superstar?

Stephon Marbury
Tracy McGrady
Allen Iverson
Jason Kidd
Paul Pierce
Lebron James
Michael Redd
He has got some stiff competition for the All-Star game next year. I have no doubt that he could do it, but the competition is definitely there.

Arenas is very hot right now and doing great in every category, of course he's going to be a star. superstar? doubt it, but it could happen.
and stop with the Arenas posts, you must live on his balls or something.

This is pretty much what I think. Unless he starts putting up those kind of numbers (29/7/7) every game, his getting to the all-star game is going to depend on what our team record is, or at least if we're leading our division or not. Really, no more than six guards can possibly make the team, and there's more than six worthy candidates out east.
Regardless of whether or not he makes the all-star team, we still know he's playing at that level for us, and that's what counts.

This is my first thread about Arenas, but I'll make sure to spit on your opinion from now on.

Okay people, calm down. No reason to make snippy comments just because someone is big time into a particular player.

it may be easier for Kwam to mkae the all star game, lol! it's pretty stiff competition in the east for guards so it's gonna be tough, i think he definetely has a chance.

Looking at the East big men, they are all very small also, so I think Kwame has a good chance also if he plays hard, I'm not saying that you have to be big to get in, I was just saying that they are small. Kwame will get to the All star game if people actually pass him the ball.
