We use our MLE to get someone to help out up front.

Would this be enough to get him from the Magic? It would position them with two of the top picks in the draft plus Kwame, and they can target next year's big free agent class because they'll have cap room due to a Grant Hill retirement coupled with Hughes and Laettner having expiring deals.

Grant Hills salary would only come off the books if he retires and he hasn't played for 2 years. Neither will be happening this off-season, so Orlando will have him on the cap.
