Larry Hughes

Reports say that he practiced yesterday. He should be back soon, but do not expect him to play against the Hawks.

Juan can finally move to his natural position...bench.

Hopefully Grunfeld gets to look at his full roster for at least 10 games before the season is over. It should help him with off-season moves.

I really hope that we can do just that. I really have a legit concern that we're going to make some mistake in the off-season because we do not know exactly how things work out when we have our full roster intact. Maybe we leave the wrong player unprotected, maybe we pick the wrong guy in the draft, maybe we let the wrong one of our low level FAs walk, or we send the wrong guy out in the trade. We definitely have some serious talent on our team, but we need to figure out who is and isn't compatible with the rest. Ten or fifteen games isn't that big of a stretch to do that in, but it's better than nothing.

Yeah,

As painful as this season has been, I actually feel better about our team than I did at the end of last season. While we have not seen the 'medium 3' together much this year we have had a chance to look at extended minutes from Juan, Steve, Jarvis and JJ. I think we have a decent idea what we have in those players. If you ask me I leave Juan unprotected and keep the others for at least another year.

What I discovered this year is that Jared Jeffries can make a solid case as the worst player in the National Basketball Association.
