Today Rod Grizzard was waived. I'm guessing Simmons just outhussled him for that last spot because IMO Grizzard is just a whole lot more talented than Simmons.

They should have kept him, packaged him up with a pg, and get another 2nd round pick or something in return. Just cutting him was a dumb move.

I think the 2 year guaranteed deal scared off any trades.

It is a shame but looking at who got drafted after Grizzard, I am not thinking we should have picked someone else. We have a lot of questions and players that need to prove themselves before we take a floater on a guy like Grizzard who still has not recovered from his broken leg.
