Probably the fastest and quickest point guard in the west, and one of the quickest in the country, Surratt really made his name last spring when he took his game to another level. A great ballhander, he was a late addition to the ABCD camp where he easily stayed with the more highly hyped national point guards. The word was he had committed to Georegtown in August, but then later denied the commitment.
