Matt Gipson spent two years at the University of Oklahoma before opting to transfer to a junior college for his sophomore campaign.
Gipson, a 6-9, 230 pound power forward/center from Burkburnett, Tex., is headed to North Idaho College in Coeur d'Alene, Id., in 2003-2004.
Following his one year stint at NIC, Gipson will have two years of eligibility remaining at the Division I level.
