That's a blow to the team. They had a chance to be a very good team next year if he had stayed. They still have talent though.

I don't think he'll go lottery and he must feel confident he is a first rounder. Someone must have told him he was going to be get guaranteed money, hopefully this is a trustworthy source. Otherwise it would have been risky to sign with an agent so soon.

When I heard this on the radio I was speechless, I've been a loyal UNR football and basketball fan for a while,(I only live about three hours from Reno so..) And if he would have stayed, I think they'd repeat as WAC champions, and make another run in the Tourny, the only really big player leaving is Okeson who was the point. He won't be a lottery pick, but could end up like that one Missouri guy who got picked by the Lakers awhile back. Or he could end up like Boozer who knows.

i was too(surprised), i really do not think he will be lottery at all, i really dont think he will be first round, but he will make it......rumor has it that he got $200,000 from his agent so maybe that is why he went!
