The Seattle Storm had the day off Monday.
The team likely used it to switch gears from the regular season to the postseason.
The Storm (18-16) earned the fourth and final playoff spot in the Western Conference and will play top-seeded Los Angeles (25-9), which finished with the second-best record in the WNBA behind Connecticut (26-8), No. 1 in the East.
Game 1 is Friday at 7 p.m. at KeyArena followed by Game 2 in Los Angeles on Sunday at 2 p.m. on ESPN2. If a Game 3 in the best-of-three series is necessary, it will be played at 7 p.m. on Aug. 22 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on ESPN2.
Although the Storm finished the regular season with the same record as Houston, the Comets held the tiebreaker. The No. 3 Comets will face No. 2 Sacramento in the other Western Conference series.
