Freshman lifts No. 14 Oklahoma over Texas Tech

LUBBOCK, Texas (AP) - Jenna Plumley scored a career-high 22 points to lead No. 14 Oklahoma past Texas Tech 70-67 on Saturday.
The Sooners led by 11 midway through the second half before Tech used a 12-4 run to cut it to 61-58 with 4:46 remaining. A 3-pointer by Tech's Raquel Christian tied it at 63 before the Plumley hit her sixth 3 to put Oklahoma (20-4, 10-3 Big 12) ahead for good.
It was only the second start for Plumley, a freshman who connected on six of eight 3-pointers.
Alesha Robertson and Patrice Edwards scored 16 points apiece for Tech (15-12, 6-7)
Courtney Paris had 18 points and 16 rebounds for her 52nd straight double-double for Oklahoma.
