this isnt the first time the ratings have dipped low btw, and its mostly because of the dallas game

The lowest the ratings have dipped this year on a regular Monday night broadcast is a 3.2 - that was Memorial Day, and sandwiched between a 3.7 and a 3.8. On average, including the Westminster Dog Show affected Raw that aired on Thursday and every other episode of Raw this year, Raw is doing a 3.68. It's only over the past month that there have been continual signs of potential trouble (3.18 average).
An anomaly moreso than anything else.
