Re: Smackdown Discussion Thread
Personally I think he should be the FIRST MITB winner to lose. He's not ready for the belt...YET.

Re: Smackdown Discussion Thread
Has it not shown over in America yet? Sorry guys if it has. I always just assumed you got it before us with it being taped over there.
Yeah RVD won the Wrestlemania 22 MITB which set up him vs. Cena at One Night Stand which was so hostile. Cena throwing his shirt into the crowd 3 or 4 times and getting it thrown back was great.

Re: Smackdown Discussion Thread
Learning from last week, I'm not going to post anything till well after the shows finished over here, maybe even tomorrow.
Hopefully it's good if you've read them spoilers.

Re: Smackdown Discussion Thread
WOO WOO WOO YOU KNOW IT BRO!
Good show. Huge Zack Ryder mark over here, so I was pretty ecstatic when I've seen him having a match on Raw, then getting about 5 or 6 segments on Smackdown in one week. It looks like Cody will be going for that Intercontinental Championship which I like, and the commentary team were doing a GREAT job of hyping him up last night. Orton vs Christian in a no holds barred match should be pretty good, they can make Christian retain in a whole lot of ways, whilst the build-up will probably just be Orton going crazy every week. PS. Sin Cara was removed from the intro, but was still in the advertising videos for the future house shows, and he was in a video package for something else but I can't remember what.

Re: Smackdown Discussion Thread
Yep. It's not bad. To post a review without spoiling it for you, here goes:
-With the reaction Sheamus got, he should be going for Christian when he's done with Henry. -Christian has some major cockiness in store for us next week. -Daniel Bryan has new music, and had a nice match with Tyson Kidd. That's about it without spoiling anything. Pretty good show though.

Re: Smackdown Discussion Thread
He's really awful, but it's hilarious.
Tyson Kidd vs. Daniel Bryan was good. Kidd needs to be showcased more. He can go in the ring. Give him a manager since he sucks on the mic and get him in the IC Title picture or something. Sheamus vs. Henry should be fun. Sheamus needs to win and Christian needs to win so they can feud with each other. Glad Zack Ryder is getting a lot of TV time now but I hope his losing streak doesn't continue. Let him bring the Internet Championship to RAW & Smackdown. Could be fun. Love that they also made Natalya heel. Looks like the Divas division might start getting built around Natalya/Beth which is the best thing they could be doing after Kharma had to leave. |
