I remember I saw that the other day. I started reading it, and I got maybe 2/3 of the way through and closed it. It was just TOO depressing and pathetic.

This has been an ongoing thing for years. This is part of the reason why he never wanted to retire when WWE forced him to back in 2008. His lifestyle (mainly from the 80's and early 90's) combined with the inability to manage his day to day issues has led to the situation he's in now.
