It's all over WWE.com too. They've done this a few times in the past. I'm thinking it's to beat the dirt sheets reporting it first.

If the reports of Orton/Sheamus for the World title at Mania are true, ADR will probably lose the title at Elimination Chamber. Even if the reports aren't true he'll still probably drop it by then. They've done ADR/Sheamus and ADR/Orton a million times already with the same result each time. They've done Ziggler/Sheamus and Ziggler/Orton a bunch to so it would make sense for Ziggler to cash in after Mania.
