I actually thought Rutgers was the obvious place Yeboah was going to end up given Pikiell. Anywhere else he runs the risk of a Cremo situation, because Yeboah is good but he’s really not good-good. What Salty said, basically. Rutgers is actually a great fit for him, though not sure about those NCAA Tournament prospects...

I'm happy Yeboah ended up at Rutgers with Pikiell.

Hot take but I don't actually think this is a huge loss for Stony Brook just because Garcia has a very similar game to Yeboah and should slide into that role nicely.

I haven't looked at any stats, and unfortunately missed all but one of the games that UVM played against Stony Brook.

I was under the impression that Garcia was a bigger guy. Can he shoot from 3 as well as Yeboah?

He's actually an inch smaller than Yeboah. He doesn't shoot as well as Yeboah (ended the season on a terrible cold streak from deep), but he's a good deal more athletic. Overall they have very similar games in my opinion.
