We were only twentysome plane crashes away from a ring this year. Why not read the threads and you will get an idea of the thought train here.

We are loyal fans to say the least. As you can tell. This isnt the half of it!! Worse team? Well i cant argue with that. Record wise we were. But, look at out youth, new coach, jalen Rose and the #2 pick, we will improve and improve quickly. When can we make the playoffs? Well it depends on what happens at the draft! No one can answer such a statement correctly right now.

-Cuz Bulls fans are the best!!!

I think the Bulls fans have become something like a new generation of Cubs fans -- Eternal Optimists!

only with this Bulls team, I actually wholeheartedly believe they will swing around again - no more than two seasons down the road.

at the very least, we Bulls fans have something going right now, that has an immense oppourtunity to become an elite team once again (can't make an garuntees of course, but the possibility is out there)

Maybe this season (I see us as the 12th or 13th lottery pick) but definately the next...and for several uninterupted seasons afterward.

This is really for the rollcall thread, but welcome wishbone and gettinbranded, good to see you guys here. I am holding off on my prediction until I know what moves we will be making but I do think our victory total will start with a 3 this year as in 30's.

There's one thing I've always admired about the fans in Chi-town and that is how loyal you guys have always been toward your sport franchises, whether their winning or not. I visit your boards all the time and I'm always amazed by the amount of posters you guys always have. If there had to be a city to be named as the "Best Sports Town" it would be yours. Whenever I think about the sports I'm interested in, you guys are always behind them, regardless.....(Bears, Bulls, and Cubs). I'm a Memphian, and we're just getting into this professional sports business but, I hope the fans in my city would just take a look at Chicago and understand what it means to be "true fans".

ty for the kind words. Chicago sports teams do have a city following that true, but fans follow these teams nation wide and world wide.

I have been to memphis many times in the past. Nice town. Been through colliersville, germantown etc. The grizzilies will do just fine there if the fans get behind them.

Like they said on Dimemag's smack column a while back:

"The Bulls and Warriors had the worst records but I'd still take either team over the Knicks."

We are in a good position. No crazy salaries, no egos, good draft pick, leadership. Bring on the next season. Im ready!!!
