Just a thought, Iam sure people won't think it enough from Atlanta, I will tinker and see what I can come up with.

Another option, but it doesn't help the 1 too much

Portland trades:
PG Damon Stoudamire (12.7 ppg, 3.4 rpg, 5.5 apg in 37.4 minutes)
SF Rasheed Wallace (17.3 ppg, 6.8 rpg, 2.7 apg in 38.3 minutes)

C Theo Ratliff (8.0 ppg, 6.8 rpg, 0.9 apg in 30.6 minutes)
Change in team outlook: +13.7 ppg, +9.9 rpg, and +0.2 apg.

Atlanta trades:
PF Shareef Abdur-Rahim (19.9 ppg, 9.4 rpg, 2.5 apg in 36.3 minutes)
PG Jason Terry (15.8 ppg, 3.9 rpg, 5.0 apg in 35.1 minutes)
C Theo Ratliff (8.0 ppg, 6.8 rpg, 0.9 apg in 30.6 minutes)

That's why the First option may be more likely.

BTW in the frist Option all the players except Terry expire in 2005.

How does Terry help at point? If he was so good, wouldn't the Hawks win games? He only gets 5 assists per game and he had two legit options last year in Big Dog and Reefer.

And Ratliff, yeah, he could be cool, but he's always getting hurt and he's really not a real center either. His best position is PF.

Anotehr thread similar type concept

I am a believer in Ratliff helping quite a bit here, and as you have said they expire in 2 years

I am a SAR fan as well, but he might be a better candidate to Cleveland

I had a trade scenario going where we sent out Sheed and Davis
Sheed and Davis to Atlanta:
Atlanta sends SAR to Cleveland

We get Ilgauskas from Cleveland and Ratliff from Atlanta

Cleveland gets SAR for Z

Atlanta salary dumps with Sheed, and partially with Davis a year later. Sheeds is about 76% of both SAR and Ratliff

We get 2x center with shot blocking ability

I could not find my thread quickly to include it in the post

Im sorry but i think Z is way overrated he plays limited mins so he doesnt re-injure , and if u read the cleveland forums everyone wants him gone isnt that kind of funny?? I say no to Z until something better comes along especially Dale and sheed for Z and theo bad trade IMO.
