There were a large amount of players that fell in the draft, some to the second round and some to the late first round. Here are the players that I felt fell the most:

Qyntel Woods (I thought the Lakers might even have a chance at getting him)
Frank Williams (Got traded to the Knicks)
Dan Dickau (Got traded to the Hawks)
Dan Gadzuric (#35 pick, I expected him to go in the late frst round)
Carlos Boozer (Thought he'd go to the Spurs at #26)

It's been a very surprising 2002 NBA Draft.

Who's Sekularac? He got drafted by the Mavs anyway. Rush...well, he only really fell 5 slots. Besides, it was just my opinion. But how about Aaron McGhee not even getting selected! I read on NBA.com that he was averaging about 20ppg at the Chicago pre-draft camps. I think that some of these teams just forgot some players. Also Roger Mason Jr. fell quite a bit aswell. Scouts were saying that he'd be a late teens, early twenties pick.
That draft was very...weird. Not to mention Caron Butler, who fell all the way down to 10, and Borchardt who the Magic took at 18!

Roger Mason Jr. was projected early 2nd round by scouts. Most people, ESPNINSIDER and NBA.COM said Sekularac wouldn't drop past 20. I said Butler could fall to 10 and everybody thought I was crazy.

Stephen A. Smith of the ESPN Insider also said that if Butler dropped, he wouldn't drop farther than 10. I guess you guys were right.:D Since Butler went at #10, he'll be the steal of the draft. Did you hear him afterwards? He boldly stated that he would put up Paul Pierce type numbers (26ppg 5rpg 3apg).

If he puts up those numbers, the Heat will be facing the Lakers in the Finals next season!I DOUBT he'll do that well his rookie season, but I think hes almost a LOCK for ROY!

I still CANT believe Butler dropped to #10!:D

Rush to the Lakers for Hunter, what the HELL were the Raps think'n?I know they want to resign Keon, but Carter and Rush would have been AWESOME in a few seasons!
