There's lots of rumors going around about Tubby changing schools or going to the NBA. But honestly, his contract buy out would be huge, so I am doubting that any of them are true.
The OU boards are ate up with the Tubby talk. Some say as early as Friday. :banana:kansasalumn said:is being heavy rumored around that Oklahoma will try to pry Tubby to Norman.

I will believe it when I see it.. but really though.. who would you want to take his place? Who would want to take his place???
I do not want Calipari as our coach. Far, far from it. This year was the first remarkable year he had for Memphis (and I live here). Before this year, a lot of people wanted him gone. The guy can recruit, but as an X's and O's coach, he lacks.=Rondo= said:Buzz Peterson.... hahahaha...
I think Calipari could do wonders with the Cats.
Buzz is at Coastal Carolina. Bruce Pearl is at Tennessee now.TM said:Calipari in Lexington?!?!
Seriously, who would they get. No way Buzz leaves Tenn. Guy is building that place into a SEC powerhouse.
If I were a UK fan, I couldn't agree with you more. Calipari seems like a great recruiter and a good guy, but he was almost making an excuse as to why they were losing during halftime of the UCLA game, saying "well, we're not very experienced...". Also, during press conferences before the Memphis-UCLA game he said that "this isn't that big of deal if I win or lose" and something along the lines of that. He's a guy I would want to stay away from if I were an athletic director.UKfan4Life said:I do not want Calipari as our coach. Far, far from it. There was an article on CBS yesterday questioning if there was going to be a "fix" at the Final Four. They said that a fix was "due" and that a lot of people were wandering if UCONN may have been trying to shave points in there NCAA games...maybe that UCONN's players wanted to win by less than 8, but when it came down to crunch time, they shaved too many points and couldn't overcome the deficit.=Rondo= said:I've also been hearing rumors that Rondo shaved points this past year. That would explain alot but I hope there's no truth in it. I couldn't stand any more NCAA probation.
