Remember last year we had so few blocked shots?? well we had 10 last night
Mutombo had 2 (new guy)
KVH had 2 (new guy)
Hardaway 2 (new guy)
marbury had 1 (new guy)
Doleac had 2
kurt thomas had 1 (last years only shotblocker)

This is a very underated difference in the re-shaping of this years roster to last years.

The fact is, Trybanski hasn't exactly blocked the crap out of other scrubs. I'm really interested to know where this mythological blocking machine came from. Nobody said a word about this guy when we got him, and now all of a sudden he's a legitimate shotblocker?

Trybanski had 10 blocks in 4 games (37 minutes) this preseason.

However, preseason is just as meaningless as garbage time, if not moreso. Matt Carroll put up ok numbers in the preseason too.

must you always be so pessimistic and sarcastic.

And hold on just a second. People criticize me early in the year for being optimistic, and now people criticize me for being pessimistic?

never criticised you for being optomistic...critised you for being unrealistic.....

when a team is playing .325 ball and spending 90 million bucks, its time to get a bit more realistic
