After the win against the New York Knicks the New Jersey Nets have for the first time won 6 games in a Preaseason :wbanana: :bbanana:

The score was 106 to 77.

Take a look at the recap by clicking here, and the box score right here.

So anyone watch the game? How were Jeffersons points made? By layups/dunks or jumpers? Did his jump shot improve since last season?

RJ was getting some points off jumpers, it looks better than last year, but that's not saying much. Jefferson played a great game, getting it done by shooting and driving and defense.

I can't wait for Wednesday to come.

Half his points were on jumpers... at least 10, and 2 were on a amazing Kidd steal of an inbound pass after scoring, he and 2 Knicks kept tapping the ball in the air, to avoid a foul in the back court, but a second after pulling the ball down, and in, in almost one motion, he flung the ball over his shoulder... after taking a peak, to a soaring Jefferson who was running down as he saw the taps for a 2 handed dunk, truly an awesome play... I missed seeing Martin's dunk too, but seems they are high flying...

Mutombo had a nice play, after it appeared he turned the ball over, with a Knick on his back in the post, and one fronting him, instead of pulling the ball in and to the ground, he used his palm while falling foward to push the ball out to Kidd, who passed to RJ for a jump shot.

Not counting on Mutombo to recover every time like this, but should be a nice season for him...
